@ 9 am Amman Downtown tour , where we will visit The Citadel and after that the Roman theater and back to the Hotel

@ 4 pm we will have a class of Hatha Yoga and Dinner in a the most famous Downtown resturant Hashem.

@9 am Amman to Jerash and Ajloun

@4pm Ariel Yoga and Dinner at Local resturant.

@9am Amman to Madaba, Mount Nebo and Sleep in the Dead Sea

@ Sunset 1 hour of a Poem discussion and time for relaxing on the beach.

@ 9 am trip to Petra where we will visit Petra with an official historical guide.

@ 4pm Turkish bath experince

@ 12 noon drive to Wadi Rum,

for a 1 hour local bedouin Jeep tour, then we will recieve the camp rooms, before dinner there will be a silent desert walking experince.

End of the Retreat after Breakfast.

If you fancy a day off the mat, of have some time after your yoga retreat, there are some wonderful places to visit in Jordan. From boat trips in Aqaba south of Jordan, to exploring the Dead Sea area.

Nature lovers will enjoy Wadi Mujib Trail, it is only open from May till Ocotber, one of the world’s amazing water adventures, it is adrenline fueled hike and super fun but not for everyone.

If you’re an architecture buff, staying in Amman historical areas like Jaba al weibedeh, where all the houses of Amman.

Shoppers and souvenir seekers will love the Old souqs and  flea markets  in Downtown Amman, where you can find everything from spices and silver jewelry to traditional Dresses. Remember to haggle – it’s all part of the experience!

Spa treatments

Jordan has a history of the holistic approach to wellness, if you visited the historical Qaser Amrah in the East of Jordan you will be amazed by the drawings and frescoes done there, and how they heated the water to make a steam rooms and soothing relaxing rooms.

It is most notable for the frescoes that remain mainly on the ceilings inside, which depict hunting scenes, dancing scenes containing naked women, working craftsmen, cycle of Jonah and, above one bath chamber, the first known representation of heaven on a hemispherical surface.

In each city that we will stay in, your guide will show you the best places to do the massage treatments, and ofcourse the experience of a Turkish bath is not to be missed.
