Entering from the main gate in Wadi Musa, you will walk to the entrance of the very narrow passage known as the Siq for about 15 minutes at a regular pace. Walking through the Siq to the famous Treasury (Al Khazneh) at a leisurely pace takes around 30 minutes. The Treasury is almost 40m high and it has three chambers. It represents the famous Nabataean engineering.

Don’t forget to visit the tombs; the Urn Tomb, the Silk Tomb, Corinthian Tomb and the Palace Tomb.

The Dam which was built to protect from floods, was renovated just as it was built by the Nabataeans in 1964.
